I finally made it to LA. I've been dying to go because of the many times my parents said they would and never did. This time, it's real. I didn't even believe it the night of. Can you believe I only took 10 minutes to pack? Too bad my mother and I only stayed around LA for one night, a full day, and a very early morning. I took lots of pictures and lots of videos. I also spent time with my relatives there. They were surprised that we came to LA on a random week-end. Here are some pictures I took over there.
Also, I took pictures on the way back. It was Sunday morning and my sister, Jacquelyn 'Jaxx' had a performance at a mall. We were speeding to get there and we made it five minutes before her performance. She won third place with a 250 dollar shopping spree. I'm looking forward to my Christmas gift from her!
Boo ): My cousin's laptop messed up my post just when I was about to post it. I guess that's what the save button is for...Anyways, I'll try and put out again what I described before this laptop fck'd it up.
Nujabes for the contemplative soul. It's been a long time since I last came across his music. I love his works. Anyways, as I listen to Counting Stars, I'll just update my cyber readers about my life. First off, Happy Easter to those who enjoy this holiday. Why can't it be Wester? So while I was in church, I was drifitng and thinking about myself and Julius. I just realized how we are not together anymore. It just hit me how we ended up to be around for a year and more. Well, I'm not sure what I think of him, but I know he will be missed.
Oh and I have a new phone! It's beautiful, just ask my friend Paige. It's a Samsung "Milky" A637 because of it being all white and not the typical black or silver. I think it's great. It's somewhat better than my old Nokia 6126. Any phone that has a high quality camera, external memory card slot, music player and good speakers has my vote. Too bad my dad wants to change his phone (the exact same one) to something else. He doesn't like the white.
Maybe I should add some Nujabes ringtones to my phone.
Happy New Year! But let's not talk about balls dropping. I decided to paint my nails today using this youtube video as a tutorial. It's cute, but I messed up on my middle finger. I got lazy with my other hand I knew I wouldn't be too stable with it (even though it's a pretty freehand design) I decided to do hot pink french tips. The pink reminds me too much of the Nina's bags and it's funny because some of the font color on the black is either silver or black.
As for my resolutions, they haven't really changed. That means that I haven't been improving with my life. Well, here are a bunch or useless lists just for the curious ones: Graduate. Better grades. Focus on my health. Appear less fat. Be honest. Stop stealing. Give my all in relationships. More respect. And other things I can't remember. So what's yours?
You know what that face means! It's Winter Break! And with Winter Break comes a lot of things other than a moded face: 1) No school. My favorite of them all. Especially from the stress of finals beforehand. 2) Simgbang Gabi. Nine night masses before Christmas means free food right after with time to spend with fam and friends that are religious like that too. That's where the picture was taken from. 3) Shopping. Even though we shouldn't, it's the spirit of Christmas for me. I've never been to many malls day after day. 4) Winterball shopping. This is it's own catagory only because there are many things to prepare. I've already been to one, and I spent a lot of money on four dresses trying to figure out which one to wear. 5) Sleeping. Although I find myself waking up still around 6, I can go back to sleep knowing I won't worry about getting ready, unless I have to leave for the mall early. 6) Parties. Some winter festive loving in a form of a function. Also, including the 2008 Christmas day Erfe party! 7) And presents. This is too self explainatory. Oh, 'tis the season.
